Our journey begins with two days in Mexico City, where art, architecture, and food offer different ways into the city’s story.
We’re drawn to the city’s living art scene — working studios and galleries where artists still create, and spaces where historic architecture meets contemporary design and artisan craft. Folk traditions sit alongside modern work, and the table is part of the culture too.
Exactly where those days lead is still taking shape. What we know is the spirit of them: to look closely, taste something unfamiliar, ask questions, and enjoy the experience of being somewhere together.

Then, a

From the energy of the capital, the journey turns south toward Chiapas—where forest landscapes, waterfalls, and cultural encounters invite a different kind of attention.

Exactly where those meals will happen is still taking shape. What we’re holding onto is the spirit of them: generosity, flavour, and conversation that outlasts the plate.
